Our facility features a colossal 4000-ton mechanical forging press, the pinnacle of forging power.
Additionally, we utilize a 1600-ton hot die forging press, combining strength with precision.
Each of our mechanical presses is enhanced with a sophisticated computer-controlled induction heating system and a dedicated trimming press. UNIISO also offers a selection of drop weights, expertly producing forgings of varying technical requirements with efficiency and precision.
