The drop forged rivetless chain is indispensable for trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Its outstanding strength-to-weight ratio and multi-directional flexibility, combined with the simplicity of a tool-free assembly of just three components, make it an ideal choice for a range of applications.
Our chain designs come in two main patterns: the regular and the X type. The regular pattern excels in heavier chains for drag and flight conveyors, while the X-type pattern is favored in overhead trolley conveyors, offering superior strength and transverse flexibility over tighter radii. Available X-type sizes include 348, 458, and 678, as well as the H type 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
