Standardized hard face welding is applied to all sliding surfaces, ensuring superior durability and wear resistance.
Our Crusader Series is engineered using the finest materials and specialized heat treatments, providing resilience against shock loading and extending the operational lifespan. The square-edged wing and link plate sections boost conveying efficiency and enable the transportation of a more substantial material bed.
Standard practice includes hard face welding on all sliding and wear surfaces. With a typical weld hardness of 60 HRC and a robust weld bead, the CRUSADER chain exhibits exceptional sliding wear resistance, suitable for both cold and hot clinker environments.
