The drop forged rivetless chain, a staple for trolley, drag, and flight conveyors, boasts an impressive high strength-to-weight ratio. Its unique design allows for both horizontal and vertical flex, while its simple, three-component assembly can be effortlessly managed by hand, tool-free.
Our chains come in two primary patterns: the regular and the innovative X type. The regular pattern excels in more robust applications like drag and flight conveyors, particularly where material accumulation can occur. In contrast, the X-type is favored for overhead trolley conveyors, offering enhanced strength and the ability to flex on a smaller radius. Available in sizes 348, 458, 678, and with H type sizes 698, 9118, 100, and 160, the X-type design elevates performance to new heights.
