The drop forged rivetless chain is a vital component in trolley, drag, and flight conveyors, celebrated for its superior strength-to-weight ratio. Its unique ability to flex in both horizontal and vertical planes, combined with its simplistic design-three components easily assembled and disassembled by hand-makes it the quintessential choice for these applications.
Two distinctive chain patterns are available: the regular pattern, perfect for heavier chain applications in drag and flight conveyors where materials may pack into joints, and the X-type pattern, designed for overhead trolley conveyors. The X-type offers enhanced strength and the agility to flex on tighter radii, available in sizes 348, 458, 678, and H type 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
