The UNIISO drop forged rivetless chain stands out as the ideal choice for trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, combined with the versatility to flex horizontally and vertically, makes it indispensable. This chain's simplified structure, comprising just three components, allows for easy assembly and disassembly by hand, eliminating the need for tools.
Our chain offerings include two primary patterns: the regular pattern, ideal for heavy-duty drag and flight conveyors where material compaction might occur, and the X-type pattern, which shines in overhead trolley conveyors. The X-type design provides enhanced strength and allows for increased flexibility on narrower radii. This pattern is available in sizes 348, 458, and 678, with H type 698, 9118, 100, and 160, catering to diverse industrial requirements.
