The drop forged rivetless chain is an essential component for trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. It is renowned for its outstanding high strength-to-weight ratio. Its ingenious design enables both horizontal and vertical flexibility, and its straightforward, three-component assembly can be effortlessly managed without the need for tools.
Our chains are available in two distinctive patterns: the standard robust design and the innovative X type. The standard pattern shines in demanding applications like drag and flight conveyors, especially where material buildup is common. Meanwhile, the X-type is preferred for overhead trolley conveyors, offering increased strength and agility to flex on tighter radii. Sizes include 348, 458, 678, and H type sizes 698, 9118, 100, and 160, allowing the X-type to deliver superior performance.
