IRONS - In our pursuit of excellence in conventional link manufacturing, we've transitioned from the old white heart malleable iron to advanced spheroidal graphite iron. This modern ductile material provides a broader spectrum of mechanical properties, enhancing the performance and durability of our chains.

We've made significant strides by incorporating Austempered Ductile Iron, a fully pearlitic material, into our chain production. Through an intricate austempering heat treatment process, this material delivers mechanical properties akin to those of alloy steels, yet retains the lightweight characteristics typical of iron. Further refinement through a cyanide quench operation imbues the chains with work-hardening capabilities, enhancing their operational endurance.

CAST STEELS - Our engineering solutions allow you to choose the optimal material for each application.
