Product Description

The apron chain, whether crafted from durable stainless steel or resilient carbon steel, is expertly driven by a sprocket. This design is ideal for conveying smaller products, ensuring smooth operation, ease of maintenance, and lasting durability. Its extremely robust construction and impressive load capacity make it the optimal choice for food processing tasks, such as food cleaning, and challenging engineering processes, including die-casting and forging.
The chain plate conveyor belt features a flat and smooth surface, ensuring minimal friction and seamless transition. It is adept at transporting a variety of materials, including wood logs, coal, bottles, mining stones, and assorted bagged items.

Designed with hinged slats or plates linked by cross rods, the structure is secured by chains on both sides, reinforced with welded washers or cotter pins at the rod ends for enhanced stability.
Available with side plate guards and cross flights in a range of height and thickness combinations, providing tailored solutions to various conveying needs.
