4103 pintle chain is a light weight, economical, and durable pintle chain that is capable of handling average loads at slow or intermediate speeds. This 4103  pintle chain is manufactured using high-quality precision components and has heat-treated carbon steel pins to improve the operation, working life, and strength of the chain. 4103 pintle chain is available in riveted or cottered construction and is found in a wide range of material handling and elevator applications, along with some environmental and waste water applications.

 

400 Class Pintle Chain.  It is proportionately cast balance, strength and long, efficient service, and is available in cottered or riveted.  The head of each pin is notched to fit the sidebar locking lug which keeps the pin from rotating when the chain is in use.  Closed bearing construction makes 400 class Pintle chain useful in conveying moderately gritty and abrasive material.
