Our drop forged rivetless chains are the cornerstone of trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Their exceptional high strength-to-weight ratio and ability to flex across horizontal and vertical planes make them a prime choice. Additionally, their design simplicity-comprising just three components that can be effortlessly assembled or disassembled by hand-adds to their appeal.
The chain comes in two main patterns: the regular and the X-type. The regular pattern is perfect for the heavier chain segments in drag and flight conveyors, often dealing with materials prone to packing. Conversely, the X-type pattern is preferred for overhead trolley conveyors due to its superior strength and ability to flex transversely over smaller radii. This pattern is available in sizes 348, 458, and 678, with the H type offering sizes 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
