Introducing our state-of-the-art Gripper Chain for agricultural machinery, commonly known as Clamping Conveyor Chains. Specifically engineered for the efficient clamping and transportation of crop stalks, these chains are indispensable in machinery like agricultural automatic threshing machines and semi-feed grain combine harvesters. As a result, they are often referred to as agricultural machinery feed chains and thresher chains. These versatile chains come in two main designs: one without a sleeve and another featuring an inner link structure with a sleeve. Widely embraced in rice harvesting, the Gripper Chain showcases a sophisticated and robust structure reminiscent of a sleeve roller chain. It features a distinct high-pointed toothed chain plate alongside an expanded inner section width, enhancing both clamping width and strength. In action, the chain collaborates with the guide rail to create a supportive clamping mechanism, ensuring even distribution of stalks as they are transported. Designed for low-speed operation, Gripper Chains endure minimal tensile load, making them exceptionally lightweight yet functional conveyor chains. They can be configured in parallel rows to match operational demands. Moreover, by adjusting the gap between the chain hinge and the inner and outer plates, these chains can also offer a side-bending capability, tailored to practical requirements.
