Our drop forged rivetless chains serve as the foundation of trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Their remarkable high strength-to-weight ratio and flexibility across horizontal and vertical planes render them an ideal choice. Additionally, their simple design-comprising just three components that can be effortlessly assembled or disassembled by hand-enhances their allure.
The chain offers two predominant patterns: the regular and the X-type. The regular pattern excels in handling heavier chain segments in drag and flight conveyors, often managing materials prone to packing. On the other hand, the X-type pattern is favored for overhead trolley conveyors due to its superior strength and capability to flex transversely over tighter radii. This pattern is available in sizes 348, 458, and 678, with the H type presenting sizes 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
