Our drop forged rivetless chains are the backbone of trolley, drag, and flight conveyors. Boasting a remarkable high strength-to-weight ratio and the capability to bend across horizontal and vertical planes, they are the ideal choice for demanding applications. Additionally, their straightforward design-comprising just three easily assembled or disassembled components-enhances their practicality.
This chain is available in two principal patterns: the regular and the X-type. The regular pattern is optimal for heavier chain segments in drag and flight conveyors, often tasked with handling dense materials. Conversely, the X-type pattern is favored for overhead trolley conveyors due to its heightened strength and capacity to flex transversely over tight radii. This pattern is available in sizes 348, 458, and 678, with the H type offering sizes 698, 9118, 100, and 160.
