Our state-of-the-art Apron Chain, crafted from premium stainless steel or durable carbon steel, is expertly driven by a sprocket. It is the ideal solution for smooth, reliable transport of small products, offering seamless operation, ease of maintenance, and remarkable durability. Designed with a high load capacity and an exceptionally robust structure, this chain excels in demanding applications such as food processing, including food cleaning, as well as in rigorous engineering processes like die-casting and forging.
Boasting a flat, smooth conveying surface, the chain plate conveyor belt minimizes friction, ensuring a stable transition. This versatile system efficiently transports a wide array of materials, including wood logs, coal, bottles, mining stones, and various types of bags.

Constructed with precision, the conveyor features hinged slats or plates linked via cross rods with chains on both sides. These chains are securely fastened by a welded washer or cotter pin at each end of the cross rods.
Our side plate guard and cross flights are available in multiple combinations of height and thickness to suit diverse needs.
Select slat sizes can be perforated to cater to applications that demand efficient drainage, enhanced cooling, or heating.
