The brake wheel and the half-coupling are ingeniously crafted into an ZL
The Elastic Pin Coupling, an engineering marvel, comprises several non-metallic elastic pins meticulously paired with two robust half couplings. This sophisticated coupling technique involves the interlacing of these elastic pins into the precision-drilled holes of the two half couplings, facilitating the seamless transfer of torque.
The ZL Elastic Pin Coupling is designed to adeptly compensate for the relative offset between two axes to a certain extent. During operation, the elastic components undergo shearing, making it ideally suited for medium-speed transmission shafts where conditions demand only modest precision. Acceptable operational temperatures range from a chilly -20ºC to a warm +70ºC, with the coupling boasting a nominal transfer torque capacity between 250 and 180,000 N.m.
