The ZL Elastic Pin Coupling is an innovative assembly integrating numerous non-metallic elastic pins with two half couplings. This sophisticated coupling mechanism ensures reliable torque transfer by threading these durable elastic pins through strategically designed holes in the half couplings.
The ZL Elastic Pin Coupling is engineered to accommodate the relative misalignment of two axes to a reasonable extent, offering flexibility and resilience. Elastic components undergo shearing under operation, making it ideally suited for medium-speed transmission shafts where low requirements are paramount. The coupling operates efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +70ºC and is capable of handling nominal transfer torque between 250 and 180,000 N.m.
